Morning Ed,
Hope all is well.
Lots of news flow to come over the coming, so hopefully the sp can get back on track.
Directors and new investors are showing a high level of confidence here to invest at a premium.
Fingers crossed, much better days lie ahead for us?
Thanks Nige
Good post Ed,
Fingers crossed the buys at this level will prove to be excellent value going forward.
We are very very lucky to have financial backers in the company that have such strong belief in the assets.
Hopefully the coming months will be much better for us.
Thanks Nige
Morning Ed,
Stormy weather here on Monday, the news reported it as a mini tornado, let’s hope the sp whips up just as quick lol.
Interesting twist with this Put thingy, I don’t really understand it if I am honest but it has certainly given confidence to investors.
It looks like there is a lot underpinning the sp now, the 0.50 placing and now the Put.
Hopefully over the coming weeks we will turn the corner and the sp can start to climb again?
Thanks Nige
Yes thanks Ed,
We went for a long walk, the paths and fields around here are like swamps at the moment, so much rain and hailstone lol.
At least the news release was worded much better this time and it’s comforting that Geraldine has bought additional shares and at a much higher price to what you can buy for today.
Thanks Nige
Morning Ed,
Hope you had a good weekend.
I was going to ask you about the warrants, 1p seems a quite a premium figure really and gives a high level of confidence?
It feels like they have done this to give them some time?
Hopefully the plan is to get TO13 flowing and in the meantime develop a plan to fix TO14 and return to it later in the summer?
What do you think?
Thanks Nige
Hi Ed,
Thanks for the explanation.
As you say, there wasn’t much info given so hard to determine what is going on.
Dan made a good point in regards to the RNS, it did look rushed, so I wonder if Sonangol have given the company a brief update and they just used that,
Maybe it was only issued as the company had to provide some kind of update in the half year report?
The Mt Weld update was also issued same day, maybe for the same reasons?
Thanks Nige
Hi Ed,
Hope you are well.
We have been away for a few days but it doesn’t look like much as happened.
In regards to trying to sort out the issues with the current testing, what do they mean by “ engineering solutions “
Thanks Nige
Hi Bladey,
I don’t really know much about them.
Had a quick look and they seem to have lots of projects scattered around but no production?
Seems a very high market cap for the assets they hold?
As you say, if we can get some reasonable flow rates, surely the market cap will go much higher?
Thanks Breq,
Great insight and explanation.
It makes you wonder why they didnt release an update when they had tested both the top and bottom?
Seems odd to issue an update on an unfinished flow test.
Morning Ed,
Bit of a shocker this morning.
Don’t you think it’s a bit strange to release an update saying there is a problem, when they are still trying to work it out?
A lot of wells must encounter issues along the way , that eventually get sorted out?
I am sure they could have waited a while, try and find a solution and then inform the market as to whether they have been successful or not?
The only credible reason I can think of is because of the timelines on the presentation?
All very strange
Thanks Nige
Morning Ed,
It was a shock to that kind of RNS for sure, no one saw that coming .
Considering work is ongoing and they still have to test the other well, it seems an overreaction to me.
The market cap is now only £8mill .
Thanks Nige
