Great post Breq,
The RNSs did seem optimistic that the figures would be the higher end of the scale, so let’s see.
Interesting point about Corcel the possibility of buying Brite’s share of the Tobias.
Apart from the Sonangol the other partners are small companies and all partners will have to contribute to share of costs.
Maybe they would rather sell than be committed to further financial outlay?
That would fast track our initial production target? :-)
Thanks Nige
Thanks Ed,
It was just thoughts really, as they have mentioned it a number of times lately.
Angola is obviously the priority and where the potential cash flow lies.
Hopefully the flow rates come in soon, there is some kind of presentation in the US next week, so hopefully they have some new news and technical info to present?
Thanks Nige
Hi Ed,
Thank you taking the time to explain that for me, for some reason I have always found the technicals of warrants hard to fathom out, so thank you.
We seem to be in a bit of news void at the moment but hopefully not for long?
We have loads of news due, so maybe it will all come over the next month or so.
Flow results from 2 wells
Update on Mambare sale
Drill results from Mt Weld
Drill results from Canegrass
FDP following flow tests
Updated CPR
Maybe even one or two pieces of unexpected news, such as planned purchase of production assets?
Might even get some shares purchases from new directors?
The Battery Metals thing keeps bugging me, they have started mentioning this far more prominently recently?
I wonder if these type of projects are going to be expanded or have we found something in Canegrass or Mt Weld? :-)
Thanks Nige
Morning Ed,
Hope you are well.
I just ask you a quick question, if that’s okay:-)
You mentioned a couple of weeks ago that you expect the directors warrants to be converted at some point later this year?
Just wondered why you thought they might do it this year, rather than later down the line?
Thanks Nige
Sonangol take there time to do the job properly, that was shown when both wells were drilled.
The presentation PDF is showing 2nd half of March for the current flow test,so that would suggest anytime in next 2 weeks to me.
Hi Art,
Not sure how long you have been a shareholder for but I can tell you before AK came along the mood on here was pretty grim .
We had a rock bottom share price, management without a real plan and not much of a future.
Every RNS at that point seem to come with dilution and we were in a desperate state.
If it wasn’t for Extraction and Align, who knows where we be now, so if you were invested at that time you should be giving both companies a pat on the back and saying thank you for all they have done for shareholders over these past 12 months.
Morning Ed,
Hope you are okay.
I have found warrants difficult to understand:-)
Now that these warrants have been sold, does that mean the Option thingy announced last week is still going ahead?
Thanks Nige
Hi Art,
Not sure why you feel so negative after the fantastic progress the company has made in less than a year,
We have a professional board that has its interests aligned with shareholders and about to enter a period of news which hopefully will result in a higher share price. :-)
AK has done an amazing job so far and this is just the start of the journey.
Thanks Ed,
I forgot about the mention in the presentation:-)
The production assets sound interesting, hopefully we will soon be working our way towards a similar market cap as AET :-)
That level as a starter is a big increase to where we are at the moment:-)
Thanks Nige
"Definitely we are going to be ambitious and very aggressive while staying within the focus and the core values of the company. So yes, we are interested to pick up other assets, other blocks in Angola," he said. "In other African countries it's going to be wait-and-see...We are looking into other jurisdictions but that is going to be 2025 onwards."
