IT HAS !!!! doubled in fact - travel now is limited..not forever - thats how stock market works. future potential..MVR SP currently has no future potential value priced in, hence this really is bargain of the century time.
OFF TOPIC, I can't understand how AirBnb would go ballistic giving the current no travel climate but thats my two pennys
'FACEBOOK REALITY LABS' - the company's research division - renamed with the word 'reality' .......meaning VR is the primary focus of FB..Just wait for hardware to catch up...Melody's proposition, then comes into its own....The ability to seamlessly attend a concert in HD via your TV when you can't get there, becuause its sold out, single parent, travel issues, costs....its a no brainer but do accept the experience currently via Oculus ( i have one) is not quite there / too clunky....think Nokia phone before Iphone....for LTH this will reward you....just be patient if you can afford to be.
NAPSTER - good deal and will provide revenue, partnerships (Sonos, Bmw etc) AND the Window to NASDAQ.....then SP will go ballistic like AirBNB yesterday...This is not ramping.....this what i believe and have been investing for 25 yrs....mainly in tech stocks.
Good luck

Mulgrew I don't think it will be FB in all honesty I've said from the start i expect the likes of Apple (hopefully - like the beats deal).
Spotify or Youtube/Google ( are the two perhaps most likely).
This would bring Google into the sphere which is purely audio streaming too which I don't think (correct me if I'm wrong) they have at the moment.
There is always Amazon too perhaps.
Like I said I think there's too many at present and bit by bit the top companies will gobble up the smaller.
Don't do that, purely for comical purposes that title!
I said it would drop by circa 20% and then we will see a slow build, I'm buying in more at this level and so hopefully I'll have more profit when it builds. In two years time I'd be happy to be in this share and it be between 25-30p, that's where I'd perhaps sell most of my shares but don't get me wrong if between now and then a big company comes and buys us out for triple or quadruple the current shareprice I'd gladly take the quick win too.
I don't think that within this streaming space there can continue to be anything more than 4 major players in the long run and so I do see one of the big boys snapping this up at some point purely to add subscribers and IP to their overall offering. When that happens who knows.
when the low life scum turn up with their garbage
well, if the deal goes through with enough votes, this should have an impact on current share price, right, im guessing its not factored into, until everything is officially finalized and paid for..
but yeah as a holder of 3 + years its kinda sad to see how much dilution has occured here, would be great Am could have had more revenue streams with out need for dilution but whatever hes just a ibiza party guy, the company going into tv apps etc sounds great... unsure to top up currently
neither ramp or deramp
Helpful!
We are definitely attracting attention

GLA
the link is extremely helpful.so thats it then.$30m of shareholder loans written off and $44m due to various music industry entities carried over to us.at least its clear. i imagine glaser was the principal shareholder creditor.will be interesting to see how the 8%+ holding of real networks pans out.
Think I'll filter you as well
Ona number of occasions, and again this morning, my buy trade was shown as a sell.I had to sell Imimobile. to retain the IHT concession (taken over). I bought 636160 MVR at 3.75p. It shows in the red as a sell.
Edit for the bad spelling 'hear'

As per RNS, Tellworth just joined the shareholder club giving MVR more than $6m.
Their director, Paul, "launched Tellworth Investments in October 2017. He joined Cazenove Capital in 2005 and became Head of UK Dynamic at Schroders in 2013 after the acquisition of Cazenove. Prior to this, Paul was Head of UK Small Cap investments at Insight Investments and an analyst at GH Asset Management. He has over 20 years of investment experience."
Interesting to here about the insider buying. Where did you get your info for that? Any chance you can post a link? Ta
yes KOK thats exactly who I thought it was as well. He's the only person I've ever filtered on this board (though I've been tempted recently) but I'll make this tedious dick my second.
Hey Mulgrew hows Codey getting on? I mean how are you getting on as it's the same person isnt it? Dullard!
Yet you keep coming back
I thought mulgrew12/he/she/them/they/lbgtq was quite funny last night I enjoyed it
He'll be working for one of the outfits that wants your shares cheap. or is short. Put him on filter .
Why would anyone(Mulgrew12) be so against MVR and be on this chat?
I’ve had a read through some of the very unhelpful drivel posted on this board recently.
Few things I look for in stocks... growth potential, director buys, buying at placing price.
- VR market has huge growth potential with massive tech firms currently investing heavily.
- LG gig was an eye opener, potentially huge revenue to be generated by one off gigs that can be watched from anywhere around the world.
- The directors buying nearly £1,000,000 at the current SP is something that cannot be ignored.
Even have the benefit of some nice RNSs coming our way to ensure the SP is over 4.3 in a couple of weeks!
This is an easy one.
Does anyone think the sp will change when the Napster deal completes
That’s great cheers.
There is a distinct difference between us ‘old people’ and the ‘young puppies’, for us ‘Rome’ wasn’t built in a day and we realise businesses take time to build, the younger generation expects everything at the
‘click of a button’ so I’m prepared to wait for the complete product!! Gla
