"Goodness knows how I will feel if, for any reason, the Napster deal doesn’t complete. It doesn’t bear contemplating!"
Think you've proven Albert's point with this line
just read the 7dig RNS (thanks denial for the reference). certainly makes for impressive reading
And the common thread of Arden and Simon Cole with 7dig and MVR. Don't worry yourself denzal it will all be revealed in due course
agree with that maxdba.not expecting any detail.
An idea for FB if the regulators are still getting sniffy with them.
Sell Insta. and Whats App and buy Melody/Napster with the proceeds.
There are enough players in the music streaming without FB lopsiding it.
Never seen you before on here then three brilliant posts come along at once ?!?
So who are your de-ramping paymasters?
Despite the drop yesterday it seems to me that there is an appetite for the shares at this price level, ie pre Napster completion.
Yes my screen runs red with "sells" but that just means that there is a complimentary "buy" and to my eye each time there is a long run of "sells" the price is not dented at all.
Not wishing to start a ramping type rumour (well maybe I am) but is someone out there doing a bit of accumulating ???
I do wonder if the price will finally rerate a bit on formal completion of the Napster deal.
Seems crazy to me that they don't give stats etc, look at 7Dig RNS today, to me that's how a RNS for this type of stock should be presented. The market likes it too.
Not wishing to rain on anyone's parade, but....
Their track record is not to give facts and figures for events that they broadcast, so I do not believe they will give anything on downloads, live streams, or otherwise for the LG transmission.
They might go as far as to say "it was a great success"
Or if they are feeling really bullish they might go for "our most successful event so far"
denzal, yes, we are certainly due an RNS regarding viewing figure and earnings etc. There's been some big shows recently. I hope they RNS the past gig numbers and a separate RNS for future planned gigs. GLA
Hi GEUK, yes I was thinking the same too, seems a bit odd not to RNS this, unless they will when we get a update on the next artists. GL and hers hoping :)
Thanks Mel, didn’t think I’d seen anything specific about a Xmas lineup. Only 2 weeks till Xmas so leaving it late as usual, assuming they are going to do anything at all? We can but hope I guess.....
Well here we are again s.p wise, I and many were hoping for better news and a better sp price. Surely we should get news soon on up and coming acts for Xmas?
Will we ever know what the statistics are for the Liam Gallagher gig?
horsey you talking about yourself. IMO The market does not reflect the true feelings of investors. It remains stable, regardless of all the sells, people are trying to get the price down (like you), NOT WORKING. News coming soon
mel 5, rather silly ramper, just look at what the sp is doing, it reflects the market and the true feelings of the investors, this may take off eventually but that is for the distant future, hopefully abit like amazon and facebook as startups. i will remain invested but at a reduced holding, and time will tell.
who knows
you can never be sure
the ASK isnt going down though -
The placing holders who bought at 3.5p are getting their money back with a little profit.
Being down 20% here I've left for a while to get the 20% – or more– back by Jan 21st / Jan 22nd. I will be back here around Jan 23rd though as i know this company has a great future (make sure not too much happens while I'm away pls..)
(anyone interested in where I put it can see where I post the most).
All the best. DG
Hi,
Why is there a massive sell wave? Does anyone know?
Thanks
Hi Sc4tman,
No, this is the missing PR I would have expected, however it is a pattern now that they leave it closer to the time, I had assumed they had adopted the same pattern as the LG-PR which was extremely effective. GLA
Mel, not sure if I have missed something, have they clearly stated there will be a Xmas line up?
Hi Puddin1006,
I haven’t seen it fall to your 2.75p, it’s appears to be stable at 3.80p, my assumption was MelodyVR would have combined the Admission Document with the release of forward artists events, I have made my thoughts known directly to SH, haven’t received a reply. However, we can all admit that your prediction was nearer than Milly’s prediction, I am still confident that the Xmas line-up will promote the SP to double digits!! IMO
Napster has 3 million paying subscribers, now added to that will be the MVR catalogue of shows and hopefully some of John Gores shows, so straight away unless they increase costs people are getting more bang for their buck.
I currently pay Apple £9.99/m and will definitely be changing over to Napster when the VR stuff is added.
I’m hoping Live Nation take a bigger stake, as I believe it’s them that have kick started this company with the now monetised shows, if they start doing these weekly then the sky is the limit.
You can see how much has come to fruition, and what quite hasn't.
No mention of takeovers with other known brand music platforms i.e Napster.
