the link is extremely helpful.so thats it then.$30m of shareholder loans written off and $44m due to various music industry entities carried over to us.at least its clear. i imagine glaser was the principal shareholder creditor.will be interesting to see how the 8%+ holding of real networks pans out.
Think I'll filter you as well
Ona number of occasions, and again this morning, my buy trade was shown as a sell.I had to sell Imimobile. to retain the IHT concession (taken over). I bought 636160 MVR at 3.75p. It shows in the red as a sell.
Edit for the bad spelling 'hear'

As per RNS, Tellworth just joined the shareholder club giving MVR more than $6m.
Their director, Paul, "launched Tellworth Investments in October 2017. He joined Cazenove Capital in 2005 and became Head of UK Dynamic at Schroders in 2013 after the acquisition of Cazenove. Prior to this, Paul was Head of UK Small Cap investments at Insight Investments and an analyst at GH Asset Management. He has over 20 years of investment experience."
Interesting to here about the insider buying. Where did you get your info for that? Any chance you can post a link? Ta
yes KOK thats exactly who I thought it was as well. He's the only person I've ever filtered on this board (though I've been tempted recently) but I'll make this tedious dick my second.
Hey Mulgrew hows Codey getting on? I mean how are you getting on as it's the same person isnt it? Dullard!
Yet you keep coming back
I thought mulgrew12/he/she/them/they/lbgtq was quite funny last night I enjoyed it
He'll be working for one of the outfits that wants your shares cheap. or is short. Put him on filter .
Why would anyone(Mulgrew12) be so against MVR and be on this chat?
I’ve had a read through some of the very unhelpful drivel posted on this board recently.
Few things I look for in stocks... growth potential, director buys, buying at placing price.
- VR market has huge growth potential with massive tech firms currently investing heavily.
- LG gig was an eye opener, potentially huge revenue to be generated by one off gigs that can be watched from anywhere around the world.
- The directors buying nearly £1,000,000 at the current SP is something that cannot be ignored.
Even have the benefit of some nice RNSs coming our way to ensure the SP is over 4.3 in a couple of weeks!
This is an easy one.
Does anyone think the sp will change when the Napster deal completes
That’s great cheers.
There is a distinct difference between us ‘old people’ and the ‘young puppies’, for us ‘Rome’ wasn’t built in a day and we realise businesses take time to build, the younger generation expects everything at the
‘click of a button’ so I’m prepared to wait for the complete product!! Gla
With the amount of sells going through at the moment but the price not moving down much
Is it possible that a big order is being filled
RE: Mulgrew1210 Dec 2020 20:26
Sorry to interject, but the sp will not be at these current levels if the below (taken from the AD) all come to fruition. As you were!
While the Company is involved in the distribution of music and musical performances to consumers, the Directors do not consider the major consumer music streaming services, including Spotify and Apple Music, to be direct competitors due to the differentiated nature of the Company’s VR content and proposed
The Directors believe that the combination of the Company’s and Napster’s service offerings will provide the basis for a compelling and differentiated music service which will appeal to the true music fan, consolidating all of an artist’s repertoire including recorded music, short form video content (such as music videos), long form video content (such as documentaries), digitally ticketed live streams, educational videos and immersive AR/VR content, into one premium subscription product.

In order to leverage the bene!ts of the combined platforms, the Company intends to launch a new application in Autumn 2021 which will combine MelodyVR’s immersive content with Napster’s recorded music content and will be provided by way of an update to the existing Napster application. From a technology standpoint, Napster and MelodyVR’s back-end systems will be combined, with a new front-end application being developed to replace the existing Napster app. Post the launch of the new Napster application, MelodyVR will sunset the existing MelodyVR application following a period of user consolidation and migration to the new combined service on the new Napster app.
The app will be made available across multiple devices, including smartphones, tablets, smart TV’s, consoles and VR devices, as well as providing audio only offerings for in-car and connected home devices such as Sonos and Amazon Echo. The app is expected to initially launch in Napster’s existing markets which span 33 countries, extending to new territories shortly thereafter.
Hi Marketshare where is the info where they mention smart TVs? Thanks
@TS definitely, whilst you or I might be comfortable hooking up a laptop, anything beyond point and click is a step to far for a large number of people. Just the way it is I guess, my wife would be having none of needing to set up a laptop to watch something (theatre?), but will happily stream Hamilton from [Netflix? Prime? Can't recall where].
Remove the barriers to entry and it will only increase the appeal, especially if you can give more immersive experiences to those who have the tech/desire to see them
People with Virgin Media wont even have to buy the gig - if they select it on Smart TV App - it will be added to their monthly bill
And same applies to audio stream for O2 customers
I ment to add of course have 2D performances as LG but could they not offer two teir 2D or VR tickets for performances recorded in 360o? Dont know if that is possible in that recording tech?
TS
theatre definitely separate and should really be separate
ORLM
speaking for myself
and my investment in this sector + market + finally this company
the accounting details are neither here nor there
am not buying at 80p or 40p or even 20p
I am buying at 4p - extremely low
business should carry on - accounting will take care of it
it will bother me when sector + market + company had matured
