This has been a real good example of how naive and stupid some people can be. A real encouragement to scammers and fraudsters out there!

If this was genuine it would be easier to settle with the brokers first.

If a company is willing to pay said amount for a DaaP solution it would be worth significantly more to that company. Consequently they would want to start using that solution as soon as possible not 'stall' the acquisition for months/years. It's the business I was in before retiring 3 years ago; it's ridiculous to assume the buyer is holding anything up. It's far more likely nothing actually exists at all.

As Amit's useful idiots go Hubba and Helx are challenging for top spot big time!!

If there was a deal of such magnitude the buyer would want it over the line ASAP to stay reaping the benefits of such a system immediately.

As there is no evidence of Cloudtag, a single employee or the Daap solution even existing, clear evidence suggests the last 3 years have been the product of someone's vivid and sick imagination

If the anomalies are related to paper certs why haven't Phthose of held with brokers/platforms been paid out?

The game was over many years ago; Amit won and we lost.

Some just refuse to accept it

The only actual facts here are;

1) There's no evidence of Cloudtag actually existing

2) Not a single employee can be found (very strange as a DaaP worth $225/$275 million would need a sizeable team to run it)

3) The CEO is invisible outside his own website

4) No buyer have ever shown up

5) All the updates have been full of BS that has never materialised

Yet all the reality deniers do is attack those that have been correct all along. Strange behaviour indeed

The Company is delighted to announce that shareholders will receive payment in two tranches.

The first payment is for its $50m licensing agreement. The licensee is a global electronics business with no footprint in MedTech.

Shareholders shall be notified of the payment date, agent and distribution details will follow by week commencing 30th October.

The second payment will consist of proceeds from the DaaP sale. The DaaP sale announcement will follow after the next statement has been issued as an enhanced payment is being negotiated.

The Company remains under strict non-disclosure agreements. All further updates will be published on www.cloudtag.com.

Unbelievable the stuff spouted on here; almost as much as the Cloudtag website!

This is not a complex transaction (certainly not if it was real/genuine!)

Quite simply someone is spinning the same old line.... how do you keeps desperate balls deep idiots in suspense, tell them there's jam tomorrow!!

Met a few of them in London for beers at least 3 times Liam, Mr Selfridge and Dreamboatwarrier were genuine investors and conned like the rest of us. Met Aberdeen man too! He was not so genuine IMHO !!!

one paragraph expresses the need to communicate to all shareholders at the same time (which is complete bs in itself) but the very next paragraph says some retail and corporate investors here we contacted yesterday! a complete contradiction. does amit think we can’t spot a simple lie? d1p****

And we are in about the 8th week into the 5 weeks!!

So the December update said funds would be paid week ending 19th January. Today’s updates says the platforms will receive further instructions commencing after 16th. So a further delay with no end date this time. Incredulous

There’s no verifiable evidence that the platform, software, employees or anything actually exists so assuming the website updates are fictional theres actually no company to actually sue and no doubt no money to be recovered. Only option would be to persue Amit personally but that would be far from easy.

Written off years ago so if the miracle actually happens it will be a very pleasant surprise. Totally expecting another 3 to 4 week ‘delay’

All the recent excuses have been laughable but the latest one is the least implausible yet! 5 weeks to realise that some shareholders reside in the UK, even more ridiculous to suggest the platforms & banks don’t know how to process dollar payments

It would seem the super naive have realised how wrong they’ve been and are unable to post due to the egg covering their keyboards.

Most genuine LTH’s wrote this off when we were thrown of AIM over 6 years so nothing really lost

NDA does not stop anyone finding evidence of the company existing

NDA does not stop someone finding an employee

NDA does not stop CTAG advising the brokers/platforms of the name of the agent

Blaming NDAs is an excuse only the naive believe

Contracts have amounts and dates in them; signed contracts CANNOT be arbitrarily changed by one party and NDAs don’t change that

I also remember talking to Landau over a beer at a presentation in London. I was sat two rows from the front to hear Landau talk about the 22m column of oil that had been RNS’d shortly before.

It was later RNS’d that the oil was actually water so taught me to question all information and seek 3rd party qualification wherever possible

Coffee, I also lost money on Range Resources and EVRH; other AIM failures so have quite a bit of experience. I also ran a company that offered SaaS which is why I am extremely sceptical. I had a lot more CTAG but sold quite a few (at a loss) shortly before we were thrown off AIM. I have every reason to want this to come good but can’t ignore the blatant evidence

As for contingency i don’t have any. Thankfully I have a very comfortable pension professionally managed so can look at this objectively. My experience, somewhat late, does mean I don’t touch AIM shares anymore
