‘DaaP buyer is committed’ is the kind of language used BEFORE a deal is signed!!!!! From a 1 day delay to another 2 months delay. If it was signed the buyer couldn’t keep dictating terms and moving timescales.

Any genuine deal contracts would have an amount, a date and clauses re announcements. Once a deal is signed none of these can change. The lack of clarity in these can kicking updates has worried me all along. Expecting the worst after the wording of todays update but hoping for the best

I was in the industry and never seen a price and sale agreed but not completed within 4 months; especially where there’s not a shred of independent evidence that the company, the platform or a single employee even exist.

Can Pheonix11 find anything this year about a single Cloudtag employee, about a single developer supporting this DaaP platform worth $275,000,000 platform (take it from someone from that industry it would take quite a few).
