I’m holding over 1.6 million and a good friend of mine has almost 10 times that so would be more than happy for the dreamers to be correct. However, when investing its best being realistic and looking at the facts. Is there any EVIDENCE that the company still exists or EVIDENCE of a single employee.

Just stating facts Denzal!! A platform worth $275m would have some staff yet you or I can’t find a single one and can only find three year old articles quoting almost 6 year old information.

Living in the real world and not a fantasy one is fine thank you. One you will eventually have to join.

A good start would be to find any independent proof that the company or any employees exist.

Back in the day it was fun watching employees come and go on LinkedIn; now it’s impossible to find a single employee. Quite strange for a SaaS/DaaP company!!

However, having run a company that offers SaaS I know how many staff are needed to run one so you can duck the question and post like a schoolboy with your silly accusations but you are unable to back up your lies. Denzal, now you’ve come out of hiding you still haven’t shown us where you got your $5m per annum and 50 employees from. You and hubba also went into hiding when I asked you to find a single employee on this planet. Naive children.

And who created the detailed requirements, who created and designed the test cases and who undertook the extensive testing? Who is running the ongoing platform and amendments ?

I ran a company that developed and ran SaaS solutions and even if much of the development could be outsourced a lot of resources would be required in house to drive it. Otherwise, as others have said, if there’s no specialist knowledge in-house anyone could develop such a platform for a lot less than $275m.

Still awaiting Denzal to show where he found that Cloudtag has up to 50 employees and generates up to £5m per annum!!!! (Which is amazing when no one can trace anyone working for them)

Any Software platform needs people to develop, support and maintain it. Such a system worth $275m needs quite a few!!

Can anyone find a single employee on the WWW? Can anyone find an employee or even the company on LinkedIn (where many of us used to track employees coming and goings)

There’s lots of possibilities (and wishful thinking ) but only one fact; No broker has confirmed that they had any correspondence from the company. They have confirmed other that they know what Cloudtag has posted on their website. A ‘deal’ without a date!
