Hi Mulgrew12,
I would be interested in your real motivation for bothering to come in this board, it may have past you by, but there is a reasonably experienced set of investors on this board who have over the past 4 years enjoyed an common interest and shared information. As you will appreciate everyone and every business has its ups and downs, having now read the full 112 page admission document I understand the strategy being taken, the agility of this company is sound, I have invested money and expect returns within the 5 year period set out around 3 years ago, with 2 years left to run, I as others on this board haven’t ask your professional advice or requested your personal view! As I expect you have ascertained from several on this board you are in the minority, I have over forty years experience of investing and currently successful, I always look for the confident person in the corner of the boardroom with little to say, and only comments with an informed opinion, not someone who pretends they know everything, in my experience, it’s always a collective that achieves in this world, one piece of advice....there is no ‘I’ in team, have a nice evening!! GLA
GeordieShore - I remember reading your post back in Feb did some research and then got in at 7p in EUA. Appreciate that you’re not very popular but I’d like to say thanks for the heads up. As far as melody is concerned I’ve been here for 3 years and it’s been frustrating but think the Napster deal is a little gem and confident that it will come good, though think we will need to be patient. IMO
good man mr nation. can you also (a) post the rocket symbol again and (b) get saint tropez to ramp this to the rafters.its really important to get us back to 4.3 as a minimum .thanking you in advance
I see Geordie has crawled out to give us the benefit of his wisdom lol. Is he still ‘talking’ to children about his investments I wonder? As for GGP, I hold, nice little earner. Still holding here too. Some people just don’t get it but have to get gratification about how clever they are on an anonymous (sort of) bulletin board. What sad lives some people lead.
Hi Albert, I suspect quite a few investors knew of the Napster T/O before the RNS having been offered the first raise. It’s the way things are although anyone in that position has to agree to be ‘inside’ so can’t talk or post about it.
Sorry AlbertPode that I got it mixed up
And thank you for the clarification makes sense now
hello albert it's definitely 4.3p I'm afraid.i agree they can't force the s/p up but perhaps the judicious issue of news in next few days may help.i hope they have some strategy in mind, as they must have realised the s/p was likely to fall to the placing price as it always does (well almost always) .as usual time will tell
Sorry Italian, I'm not ignoring you, but I've been juggling three other posts on here today. And I was going to have a quiet day !
I had thought the price revolved around 3.75p, but I've only read it once, and things don't always sink in that quickly, and you're far better at absorbing this than me anyway !
I can't honestly see how you can force the price up, but Melody might have something in their 'magic tricks' box.
That was also the post I was replying to Deadcross. Not yours.
Geordie is 'familier' to some of us from a year back.
if the s/p is less than 4.3p on the day of completion (29th dec) they have to issue additional shares to the vendors to make up the equivalent of 200m shares at 4.3p. i assume its worked out on closing prices but thats just a guess without having access to the actual documentation..so on current figures about another 38m shares(thats what i worked out at one point on friday so might be a bit out and again without seeing the detail we don't know what precisely is the pricing point ). i imagine the will be very anxious to avoid this for a number of reasons, so expect some sort of announcement to get s/p up, but that assumes, of course, that they have something to announce. let us hope so.
Weve all had losers in our share buys lol, CTAG £7.5K LOSS PLUS FRR 5K LOSS. Here I am a couple pence a share down, SYME over 200% up. YOU PAYS YOUR MONEY AND TAKES YOUR CHANCE!Merry xmas to one and all LTHS
If you read the post I was replying to
you will see they mentioned those two shares so I replied to that
Hi Sprayway
Thanks for posting. Interesting info.
Still slightly under water myself, but I think a lot of us still are. It's only a matter of a penny or two, so is hardly serious.
Hi , Ferrisc & Albert , apologies if at the time I was a little vague and never replied.LTH , in for circa £11k av 4.3 so a little down , a friend who originally gave me the tip on MVR approx 3 years ago informed me of this on the Sunday before I posted that question , he said the guy who in turn gave him the info and original share tip on MVR , had commited £100k to the offer @ 3.50 .
Dose this relate to the voting at the general meeting on the 24 Dec 10am!?
Don't dwell on it Ferrisc.
The only thing is that I'm very curious as to know how this guy had this info 5 days before the RNS.
I guess we'll never find out.
To the majority of serious investors, not interested in pop music, this share is unknown. The only thing which is likely to jog it along will be for Investors Chronicle, Shares magazine, Questor or the like to recommend it as a speculative buy.
Well aren't you just a clever clogs.
You haven't mentioned your losers.
so something like 9 1/2 trading days to get s/p up to 4.3p to avoid having to issue additional shares.going to be an interesting few days.
You are allowed to be in more then one share you know
I was in EUA taken anice profit thank you very much and I'm still in GGP
Just a minor issue. By that I mean if the people on here that tried to get me banned had actually listened to my advice instead of trying to discredit me, they would all be much wealthier people.
This time last year and in January I was telling you to buy GGP and Eurasia mining. Well, GGP has gone from 2p to 32p and Eurasia mining has gone from 4p to 40p.
This share is still down in the doldrums because of the reasons. Not enough people are willing to pay regular amounts of money to watch virtual reality shows. And, if you can't make this company work when there is a pandemic and everyone is at home and is unable to visit the theatres then it will never work.
I know getting the groups and performers is also problematic because of the pandemic.
Steps were performing the other evening and I don't know why this company could not have got the rights to use there clever camera equipment to do some virtual reality streaming of that event to try and get some paying customers. There are performances taking place around the world, but this company just does not know how to put a decent deal together.
And I only had £20K in each of the above companies, but you figure out how much that is now worth.
I’ve been in this game since the 80’s (1984 to be accurate) and know when to take profits. Now run along clownboy.
Hi Albert, indeed and wow! How the mind plays tricks! You are correct. (Thumbs up emoji). Was sure it was Millie, eek!
Ferrisc
As a matter of interest, take a look at your own post of 25 August at 12.03
I got the name slightly wrong. It's as above.
Posts have a habit of disappearing from here Ferrisc.
That one certainly did.
