Before someone else has the pleasure of telling me I have got my maths wrong, I have got my maths wrong.

1% was approx 3.26m shares. 4% being approx 13.4 (as someone else has already mentioned).

But it does just show they did not have advanced notice of the good news which is positive as far too many leaky ships about these days.

I can understand why some people think Tracarta have only sold just over 1% because that TR notification covers two trading days.

They did sell 1.06% (28,575,000) shares last week. Today's rise was roughly 0.9p, so multiplied by 28,575,000 those 1.06% would have given them an extra £257,000 today. Just shows even major investors don't always know when good news is about to land.

Of course, the 4% they did sell today would be worth a cool Million more than this time last week.

Not sure what Tracarta paid for them.

Current liabilities £2m with £109k on the bank and zero income.

Tell me how long they can "explore" or survive without doing a raise.

REE have £109k in the bank £1.27m debt.

A raise was inevitable anyway, yesterday's news just helps increase the price they can do the raise at. This is obviously a good thing, but the £109k isn't going to last long. Sometimes discounts can be 70%, so my estimate is 1p for whoever is willing to lend them a boat load of money to keep the lights on.

Again, that might not be a bad thing, but it takes years before anything will be dug out of the [rare] earth- just asked SOLG holder's...

Fundamentals do not always matter. Collaborations do not always generate sales, and even when they do, it can take some time for cash to arrive.

Cash / funding always matters.

Like I say, results out in two weeks.

We will have a much clearer picture in two weeks time.

Need to figure out what monthly cash burn is. Here's some current figures from Stockopedia:-

Either fantastic timing or UBS knew something on Friday before RNS was issued yesterday.

Imagine that, buying 5% of the company a day before an RNS made the price shoot up..

Cannot see any mention of income or expected sales figures from today's news.

Revenue in 2024 was $2.29m with a loss of $41m.

Okay, they have $9m cash in bank (not bad), but how quickly is todays announcement going to change that revenue figure?
