Whilst still well down nice to have recouped around a quarter of my investment which I had just about written off!

Got a real shock today seeing a payment had gone into my HL account. Not done any trades for a while so no reason to check. Whilst it was a pleasant surprise still well out of pocket. Anybody got any idea on the 3 deferred payments and how much and how will these be paid. I see a mention of cryptos which I’ve never dabbled in before!

I guess most people will have some shares in their ISA which would be exempt from any Tax as would any in their SIPP.

Velushi- same boat my friend! Do you need the money in next couple of years? Can you afford to lose the lot?
I can wait and can take the hit so likely to see how it pans out. Each and every person can only make that decision for themselves.

Nice to the rise over the last couple of weeks but still well down here and though could take a smaller loss by selling now. However I am thinking to do nothing and hope for the best in 2023. Don’t need the cash as in mainly in my SIPP. It could all go up in smoke and left with nothing but guess that’s the chance I’ve got to take.

Spoke with HL this morning Italian and they said in an sit on them and wait which is what I intend to do. They did say that they would only be asked to sell the shares if Napster wants to buy them back and I that scenario HL would contact us. He also said if they are in an ISA HMRC may deem them unsuitable and again they would contact me if that was the case. So going to do absolutely nothing and forget all about them and if one day it comes good then will be a nice surprise! Though not holding my breath.

Italian - Assuming the delist goes ahead do you have to do anything or will you be contacted by your broker if ( yes I know it is a big if ) they do list on the Nasdaq. Like you I don`t really see the point at selling at this price and would rather take my chance on the new App actually being good and get the listing in 2023. Most of my shares in my SIPP so happy to wait 3-4 years if I have to. Not been in this situation before with a company delisting.

I’ve been in another share where the company delisted and went private. Is there any chance this could happen to EUA? Not looking to deramp it’s is a genuine question.

(AGY) Peanut Allergy vaccine in the pipe line, been in for over a year and company well run with plenty of cash in the bank. If vaccine comes off ( and yes it is if ) this will be a game changer (DYOR)

Thanks very much has made interesting reading. Think I will add to by selling a couple of small holdings but take the cautious route and hold the others, just in case things don`t go as well as we hope. Happy with what I have built up in EUA over the last 18 months and one final top up and I`ll be very contented if we hit the jackpot!

Topped up last week and have an average of 12p so sitting on nice paper profit after last week! Don’t have any spare cash to top up anymore only in other shares . Question is do I sell to invest in EUA? Around 50k spread over a number of companies, are others in a the same quandary?

Allergy Therapy (AGY) been a steady riser over last couple of years. Not at a penny stock 27p, but if their Peanut allergy trials are a success then this will explode! No debt, 40m in the bank, I’ve recently added having for in at 13p.

I`ll be adding over the coming months, if Peanut trials are successful then this will fly. No debt and plenty of money in the bank what`s not to like.

Plenty of people just had enough and I can understand their frustration. However like you I believe in the business and intend to average down over the coming day, currently 4.9 so not looking pretty at the moment. Give it 2 years and today’s price will look a steal!!

Got a similar holding to what you had and understand why you have sold the majority of your holding. I have had similar thoughts but wrongly or rightly held and actually topped up last week. To be honest had the Napster deal not happened would probably be out by now, but it did and am confident of a decent return though appreciate that it won’t happen overnight.
I also had a small punt on ARB and had I sold all in here would be much better off but that’s the name of the game I’m guess. Still hoping for EUA sell as well but that could
either way.
Are you a Middlesex supporter by any chance?
