No-one knows at present what the brokers are going to do, this is almost unchartered territory. But they as holders of the shares probably wont handle bitcoin, if they take the cash equivalent then that value is the nominal pre-release value which may/could/probably be far less than their worth when active. Its all a bit unknown at the moment but you can bet that if anyone will be shafted it will be the PI's again.

No Albert, Algorand are buying the shares for money and offering tokens as a part payment (say 75%/25%), for those who do not want/cannot have tokens then their cash worth will be paid. British brokers are prohibited by FSC rules from dealing with crypto.

Those RNS are toilet paper now, as soon as they went private they changed direction again (though I think those RNs were just lies).

They are now being (or about to be) bought by a crypto, a pittance of money per share and some crypto tokens in exchange, though most PI hold their shares in a broker that wont deal with crypto so that's them screwed for any chance of getting any of their losses back.

A truly awful investment ran by crooks.

Once they have gone private there is no guarantee that they will actually relist in US or if they do it will be under the new name (we all know they like to change names). They are shysters and cannot be trusted.

What I don't understand is that they lied on multiple RNS & at AGM's. This isn't a plan cooked up in the last week but something they had been working on for at least a year probably way more . They should be held to account for their lies though prison would be too good for them.

And to think I was mocked on here for suggesting .50 by xmas, someone needs to get hold of AM SH and put them in the ground.
