None of us here are financial advisors and only can give our own opinions. Don't always believe what you read here. It's always best to do your own research on official Rns/press news releases. An Rns can't be manipulated without being investigated by the lse and the law. If there has been any lies, it will be told to shareholders; but as yet, just speculation by non insiders.
If anyone has any recent official press news on anything good or bad, please leave a link for us all to see. Thanks ;-)
Well, watwedontknow is whether or not these guys can turn this around. You’re right, having lawyer/admin qualifications doesn’t mean you have the deal making skills of Tiny Rowland but , call me naive, I’m giving them a chance. As I previously said, an interesting play if nothing else.
GLA
"Bob Moore, similarly at 67 yrs old being variously described in his previous directorships as : Lawyer, Administrator, Co Director, Energy Consultant, Legal advisor, Barrister." This is all admin experience, possibly useful in dealing with insolvencies, claims of mismanagement etc. What's his record on generating revenue? I'm a LTH.
Farmertel,
It's a researched fact that a lot of the "naughty" deeds are done by older people, who have the knowledge, experience and means to do them. If you were in your 60s and could ride into the sunset with a few more £m would you bother about what people think? Finance people, Blackrock et al are simply vultures with not interest in SH apart from being an ATM for more cash-aimple. Nigel Burton likes dogs, see DVRG, MSYS, MOS.... share prices over last few years. I'm a LTH who rarely looks in.
I agree about the "new" investors, if you are a new investor in this circus you would want to get her head examined!
@sol001 didnt Deepverge have a lawyer running their RNS, did that stop them! And yes its an offense to BS investors, and those cases take a long long time to come to a conclusion, patience.
@mugginsthedog well done to you, you have been right about everything on the Deepverge bulletin boards over the years, literally everything, and that's despite being attacked repeatedly by idiotic comments by the dodgy management cartel.

So, we are looking at Revenues of 571k (most to be received in 2024), plus the 262k invoiced last December (so, received by now) plus ongoing sales of reagents and the 19 units' pipeline, pending from last December; this means a min (IMO) Rev of 1mln for 2024, for a Co that is almost outsourcing everything (just a handful of staff) from cheaper/smaller premises in York; it looks like the Co will be Cash positive before the end of 2024, and this ignores any licensing of its PFAs detectors by the US OEM, or the European OEM (for the bioprocessing unit).
GLA
Definitely undervalued, they bought MW business (big chunk of it) for 100k; DVRG had paid 16mln for it (whole business) back in 2020, with a lot more money spent on building its products.
GJB is OUT, and Bob Moore has 5% in the Co.
But I think it will take a bit more before confidence that present board are professional.
But if the do this could be extremely under valued.

"Company has now received a new purchase order to the value of €571k from this local distributor to supply associated equipment and consumable items for the existing CTM instruments"... "ongoing operation of the CTMs requires continual supply of these essential consumable items."
"Supply downtime due to water contamination is a serious risk for all water-stressed countries and the Company is well positioned to provide a 'total' testing solution for this issue." big market in the Gulf.
"Mass spectrometry is the only technology that can monitor PFAS to the extremely low concentration levels announced by the US Environmental Protection Agency on 10 April 2024, which varies from 10 parts down to 4 parts per trillion depending on the PFAS chemical targeted. Microsaic considers that its PFAS detector, built around the 4500MiD®, is an ideally positioned detection solution...Microsaic continues to pursue its PFAS detector testing programme aimed at equipment manufacturers and distributors, with the objective of positioning the Company to take a leading position in the US market for PFAS detection and monitoring together with dedicated partners." huge market in the USA, legally obliged to comply.
Only mischief!
I don't think the company has ever not been.
The people running it however prove to have never been on the up.
Are things on the up?

Yankee, what is the connection please between Brandon, Burton and Kingfield you allude to. I’ve looked at Kingfield and Jaytee cannot see any common directorate or links to either of the above and both seem nice little profitable companies. I read the RNS as positive moves forward, putting moves in place to press ahead with getting this business going again.
Ahhh it all becomes clear, Kingfield Electronics, Gerard and Nigel old buddies. So is Bob really running Microsaic, of course not! My god AIM is rotten to the utmost core.
Nigel Burton and reputation in the one sentence! From the obvious goings on in Deepverge and now Microsaic it is clear how these people operate. None of them should be running a public company, period. Rotten to the core and to plead he didn't know who he was in bed with, please give us all a break.
I suspect that Burton was almost as involved in the scam as much as GB. He also took dodgy unearned shares in Modern Water. However, we do not have evidence of other dodgy dealings for NB as we do for GB eg employing his wife without declaring it properly, getting the company to buy his shares (apparently DRG had no liquidity issues!!!).
If one takes the view that he did not participate, which seems unlikely, then the alternative was that he did not spot the fraudster. That would be quite astonishing given how obvious the con was.
Either way, he has to go as should the entire BoDs of DVRG and MSYS. They need to clear out the cesspit.
We don’t yet know how Brandon managed to pull the wool over Burtons eyes but there is no way Burton would risk his substantial city reputation (check out Blackrock Throgmorton director profiles) for a small fry like Deepverge. Dissapointingly or naively seems to have been misled by a crook. Big task here to turn it around but he has the contacts and business know how to do it, involved in many different roles so let’s hope he can devote enough time to this high risk ‘gamble’ to turn it around.

Here is a recent picture of the fund managers and directors after they accumulated so much of nothing you could say it was a magic trick: https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=https%3A%2F%2Ftse1.mm.bing.net%2Fth%3Fid%3DOIP.FCpGCyjJOAd3MkMFhQdhzwHaE6%26pid%3DApi&f=1&ipt=76af30e22574714db523e81781e2eec88f9708960859846605d9b2cc355e1761&ipo=images

Lets hope others can learn from our costly lessons with this gaggle. AVOID at all costs. Do your own research into Deepverge PLC and anything Gerard Brandon and his mob has touched before that. Same tactics, same extraction plan with family members selling shares and same end result, company in complete meltdown. Microsaic is no different. All RNS you read and all accounts reported, lies lies and more lies. A disgrace.
Drdoolittle - "BS about Modern Water". Spot on. That perennial liar Brandon said a few years that he was selling MW products in China. If it was any good the Chinese would have developed their own system. Nothing, it does not work. I am not invested in this, having learnt a costly lesson in DVRG.
@McFish2020 as long as the sell button works! share price is down over 99.x% (if you consider the initial sell off before the directors lubed up the private investors for another 96% dilution) sell and get out and move from these gangsters. They will be pumping out the BS about Modern Water soon having clients in Turkmenistan and Tajikistan and so fourth, all lies lies lies.
Hi McFish, I can buy @1.378p
Well it’s not tradeable according to IG…here’s their messages to me after I asked why it’s constantly in auction at 4.06p
“Only Stockborrowing is allowed on this market”
“You should have access to it using a sharedealing account”
“Stock borrowing and lending is a system in which traders borrow shares that they do not already own, or lend the stocks that they own but do not intend to sell immediately.”
“I can see information that this stock is not available to borrow, no actions can be taken on this stock using our platform”
So there we have it my holding in a defunct company whose share price was driven down to f11ck all by crooks, thanks👎🏽

The irony @sol100 ! ramper calls fellow investor who was bitten by gangsters an idiot for calling out said gangsters and warning others to avoid the same faith, while he/she continues to invest being down 96/97% and thinks he/she will one day have a wee profit from said gangsters! Some people like to get a&s f^&ked what can I say.
For the genuine people hopefully in time and it takes time for sure these conmen are removed from business like Declan Service was or your shorts come to fruition. God speed and do your own research extremely carefully.
I'm just going to avoid this chat and the trolls here. It's pointless and I'm not here to argue with idiots that don't even have shares in microsaic. See ya! And good luck to the genuine people like LT, snowboots ;-)
Not here but noticed the friendly neighbourhood Plumbers name came up again , to be expected via the DVRG extortion .
@sol001 what on earth were you expecting Nigel and Gerry and the gaggle to actually leave you? I am amazed its not 99.99% dilution frankly.
In your appeal to those on the chat, investors and exiters and bystanders you forgot one angle that mature level headed people do actually think about and that is you should also appeal to those investing now, and bizarrely still looking at this joke of a company as an investment, not to con more new money into this f&king infested barrel of maggots. Obviously Turner Pope have zero conscience but I assume 99.99% still do.
So my appeal is anyone new looking at this and who has avoided the last 2 years of lies and BS do not touch this. Do your research very very slowly and carefully and every single RNS you find, print it off and burn it as its complete utter BS. What is clear now is MIcrosaic was just a holding company used to exit money from Deepverge.
People really were not joking when they said Microsaic was Deepverge and Deepverge was Microsaic and not just in shared directors!!! Literally Microsaic was not even a functioning business without the deck of cards that was Deepverge (RIP) Quote:
"· Total revenues increased 73% on the previous year to £1.57m (2021: £0.91m) of which DeepVerge comprised £1.29m (2021: £0.39m);"
What a complete embarrassment is AIM.

Anyone else had the same ?
I see fraud used alot here. If this was the case 1. Bank accounts would be frozen 2. Official press releases would be available to view 3. No way they could rejoin Aim and 4. Why hasn't action fraud been let know. There seems alot of chat here and inside details. You can pass this to Action fraud. I'm not way sticking up for them, but rather than post here, pass all the knowledge onto the press and police. Fraud is a crime and not civil
@melanocytes well said indeed.
Non of these are shareholders LT. New shareholders must make up their own mind and own research and not take advice from non financial advisors. We can't advise people what to do and all in our own opinions
That's also possible, maybe the new investors will get the jitters. If they invest 1mln, I guess they will be aware of the risks and will compensate by diluting us, existing holders, to the maximum.

Still breathing, albeit oxygen is running low; few more days then; deadline is 16th January for the Acquisition, but we may have news before this.
LT, have you noticed your shares have already been consolidated? Just noticed mine now.
Just have to see if they are going to delist or not tomorrow or in the next few days
Yes sol001 tomorrow you will know if your shares can buy you a bag of Irish Tayto's, surely the only thing we need is a full third party audit of the accounts so we can see where the con between Deepverge and Microsaic took place in 2023 and 2022. That is the only thing I am interested in and not the new grease man that is coming in to lube up some new Turner Poop green investors.
At least we know by tomorrow and if there is no news tomorrow, I have no idea what is going on. We are kept in the dark as per usual

We just have to wait, I'm guessing next week now to find out the details. There's no rns on dvrg side. Unless they can't disclose anything as yet. If they released an rns on an acquisition there, we'd know straight away
Sol,
Probably valid if all else falls through;
Shareholders wishing to revoke an existing voting instruction should follow the process described in the Notice. The helpline number given in the notes to the Notice remains available to Shareholders and may be used to request a fresh proxy voting form if the original has already been used.
Does this mean that the vote we submitted is invalid or can still be used?
I would hope if we do succeed with raising the capital to rejoin Aim that they get rid of Nigel. Now GB has gone, he is the only one left I'd like to see the back of. The way he has dealt with both companies and issues with modern water is disgusting. I believe that modern water will go back to the crown once the company is dissolved, so we won't get any of the money owed for work done. If I was the BODs I'd take both GB and Nigel's shares as a penalty off them for losing so much money
They have made staff redundant and he should be number 1 on their list
Having said that, IMO the Co already has an investor lined up and has a number in its head e.g. if the fundraise will be 250k and our shares are worth 250k, then the new investor will also get 9.6mln shares and at a mkt cap of 500k, say, the SP will be 2.5p (appx);
4 days left b4 we know for sure;

Have you voted Yankee?
Going PRIVATE as we mentioned many times. By the way the share price of MSYS will be nothing, its an empty shell with zero staff, assets, IP, money in the bank etc. Worthless. What work did they do for Modern Water that has already been mentioned by Deepverge staff to be a con. The illusion of a deal will be a sight to behold come the end of the month. It will be probably something very similar to when Nigel sold Glanaco for a euro to one of the BOD relations. The spin in the RNS will be a sight as I say.
@SOL not sure what you are mentioning the BOD suing Nigel for because its going private to the BOD for sweet f&5K all.
The Board provides an update to shareholders.
Potential disposal of assets
Further to the previous notification on 14 September 2023, the Board has made progress with potential buyers of certain assets and intellectual property owned within the Modern Water and Labskin business units and hopes to be able to agree terms for the sale of these various assets during the next month.

Many gangsters still left behind muggins unfortunately. Turner Poop as you rightly point out being one such group of gangsters, constantly facilitating Gerard Brandon and Nigel Burton underhanded tactics. And yes this is where the final gutting of existing shareholders take place before they attempt to take it private. Unfortunately all we can do one more time is lube ourselves up for Gerry Brandon and Nigel Burton!!!! Who would doubt it that they will be at it again in 2024.
LTB - good spot on the fine. Perhaps this is the start of the authorities taking a closer look at GB. It is clear that he had a massive conflict of interest as a director of both DVRG and MSYS. As a result the MSYS shareholders have been royally sh@fted. I very much hope that after his antics with Alltracel, Modern Water, DVRG and MSYS that the authorities undertake a proper review. His actions have costs investors millions and all staff have no lost their jobs. All done to one person. Shocking.
Disappointing that the other directors have not been cleared out as they have indeed been napping as LTB says.
Unfortunately it looks as if current shareholders will end up with virtually nothing. I would have hoped that the company would offer current shareholders the same deal as new shareholders given the likely level of dilution. But it seems not.
Shocking to see that Turner Poop are still involved as they are also responsible for the shambles.
So, finally, we will know the end game by the 22nd December; massive dilution indicated but not specified in advance and not much of an alternative either;
the worst thing is the Co saying that the LSE may yet impose a fine (see p. 11) on the Co "in relation to the timing of disclosure of the amount due by DVRG"; so, an admission that the Crook knowingly used the Co's precious cash to favour DVRG AND delayed on purpose any disclosure to the LSE; plus, the other Directors were caught napping in breach of their fiduciary duties;

Wonder is the right word!
Wonder when the next update on funding is!
Absolute gangsters
The tragic thing here is the employees who have been royally sh@fted by GB and his mates. GB has done this three times now. Firstly with Modern Water where employees got no compensation and contractual payments were not made. I suspect that DVRG maybe similar and possibly MSYS.
These employees provided highly accurate posts on the DVRG and other boards yet they got shouted down by GBs paid rampers. These are the people who we should feel really sorry for, not those who did not to heed the numerous warnings.
Sol - Far from being a stuck record I am simply answering your questions and responding to your questions.
Why I should do all the work for you is a mystery. I have previously set out in detail while GB and his merry band are conmen and have advised against investing. If you were foolish enough to invest then that is down to you.
If ithe advice was wasted on you then I suggest that before you do not make any further investments until you take the time to learn some financial and due diligence skills. Some of your comments demonstrate an astonishing lack of knowledge about some of the basics of company law and financial accounting. You need to grow up and take responsibility for your own mistakes.
Yankee and I have done all we can to steer you away yet you continue to rant and criticise.
For the avoidance of doubt, by far the most likely outcome here is that you will get nothing back. The upside is that you might get squeezed down and end up with 5% of what you had. The chances of the later are remote. You need to set your expectations appropriately. You have been well and truly been done by an Irish plumber.

We're looking to you Yankee if you're willing to help us put all your facts forward. Thanks :-)
LT. Yankee seems an expert better than most here; perhaps he/she can put forward an action against the company for us all??
I think we should sue - in a class action by shareholders - GJB and NBurton for gross negligence as a minimum, fraud possibly, as 80-90% of MSYS cash was funnelled into DVRG in full knowledge that these funds were being lost forever; the Board had a duty of care and even the most basic risk and credit controls were being ignored.
Any lawyers here?
