Your provider should contact you before 3rd June. Some are very quick some very slow. Some do it electronically some still do it by paper. If you dont here by next week you contact them. You will be offered 2 new shares for every 5 you hold. If you have room in your isa you can buy them in there if not you will have to buy rights outside of ISA. Hope this helps.
I believe that this is just an announcement that they have exceeded 15%. At this level it needs reporting. It could have been that they were already at maybe 14.5%. It is a number of different parts of Invested and are possibly individual pension funds and institutional held under nominee. Definitey not a large purchase a notification of beneficial holding. If I remember rightly Invested upgraded Thomas Cook so natural to be adding to holdings. Whatever not a bad thing.
Full script in anyone interested. But remember that they also off loaded a shed load a little while back making a few mil. TR-1: NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTERESTS IN SHARES 1. I am one very happy guy but can anyone advise me how I will be offered the rights issue. I hold TCG in an ISA on my iDealing platform and have never received info from any of the other companies I am invested in?????
fear not as I bought a shed load of BLINKX yesterday!! It is so like TCG but just how it was two months ago - so I decided not to wait for the RI here and got into BLNX instead. £2 all over it I reckon. So busy at work today that I didn't even see the rise myself! Amazing rise and loads more to come. Did you see Supergroup? Up £2 since I tipped them here five weeks ago! Nice work so far and a very nice surprise after a stressful day at the coal pit! I am hopeful of a very good return on it, but you never know!
