Spoke to soon ha....
Good to see John Reader has eventually committed c.£22k of his own hard-earned to the raise, had been very concerning that he didn't appear to be participating.
I see all sides of the story Potnak.
Risk v reward.
If no one took part in WRAP equity raise it would go bust.
What l have paid is my decision, not yours, if you want to choose to pick holes in it then not a lot l can say.
Why have investors already here raised 1.2 million via WRAP?
You going to attempt to pick holes in them?
Regards
Ah go on Father.
It's not the negativity that's the issue with the likes of PUMA/Robin/KATFLAP, it's the abuse of long-term posters that goes with it. I'm all for a balanced view on here, it should be encouraged, but I will not tolerate abuse & disruption from non-shareholders with no interest whatsoever in this share.
No large sell end of play today yet, the last shares we issued to RF 1.5m shares was on the 18th March so maybe that lot has been sold / cleared now...
All looks good for the SP to hold up or perhaps steadily advance in the days to come.
There seems to be plenty of appetite for shares at 11p at present, and sellers like RF and placees that want to "dump" their allocation are not in a rush to flood the market at present.
Indeed, with almost 16m traded in the last 4 days, up to 8m unwanted shares have already hit the market.
Although the new shares only hit the market tomorrow, in practice, there is usually a great deal of forward selling.
I expect nothing dramatic tomorrow!!!
Hybridan will have a lust of clients on their book. The placing offer will be offered to those clients at the fixed 10p a share, Hybridan will take a small fee for brokering the transaction. Some clifnrs may be HNWI, some may be small institutions, some could be share clubs etc.. But essentially most of the shares will have been allocated already, probably to retail investors.
“Board will slowly come back to normal”
I sincerely hope not.
Normal service here is removing any critical thinking that is construed as negative by a few long time holders / cheerleaders.
For a company with products as ‘potentially’ good as Sareum, losing this much value is a failure of the business side. Calling this out is not decamping or the domain of shorters.
Colbalt, people on here have been calling for Parker to get his "little black book" out & contact anyone likely to buy shares here, maybe those 9.55m have been placed with HNWI's or similar who responded to his call?
They would go bust, simple as that. All I'm saying is look at the sar board before blaming every other player in this game. You've paid extra on top of a 90% loss in value to buy more shares and the extra shares have reduced potential future value of your shares by 30%. I'm not saying it's wrong, I just don't think it's something to celibrate. I have no emotional connection to SAR and that allows me to see all sides of the story. And if that means acknowledging that, statistically, sar only have a 10% chance of getting to market, that I will acknowledge that. If i had taken Puma advice last Aug and sold but waited. I could've bought close to a million shares in the wrap. Should the price ever reach £10. I would have built the statue myself, in that scenario.
Thanks, but I'm none the wiser! The shares have been placed with somebody.
All l am asking Potnak is where would the company be with no funding gained from the issue of further shares?
What us wrong with that.
I have contributed to both buying shares snd taking part in the WRAP equity raise.
Yet you try and make put that l am wrong to do this.
I can't work you out Potnak one minute positive the next negative.
1 to 2 million valuation then moaning about dilution.
I will ask again.
WHERE WOULD WE BE WITHOUT THE CURRENT FUND RAISE?
Regards
Exactly!
Tt why the chat board here has suffered an in flux of self righteous mongs here telling us how bad the supposed rampers are.
People don't help by jumping to their cause with their need a balance of negative input. These fools give them the very ammunition they need and will take over like a disease that 737 is designed to treat.
Most have been kicked out. One reckons he should have a statue put up for him.
Can't see a pornagraphic item being put up in public as council not allow it.
Most end up on the ADVN board with absolutely nothing of any substance.
Those that look forward to some here losing money and and aiming insults.
If they want to debate here and have credibility then they are welcome to debate.
Why were they removed?
They are here to help people to save them money?
You are insulted if you do not agree with them.
They also advise you to sell!
Board will slowly come back to normal as dill the Sp rise.
We are 2.5% of the value of what we were 3 years ago but much further forward.
Regards
They will be offered to anyone who wants to buy. The big RF sells last week was probably because they knew that they will struggle to sell after the shares enter the market tomorrow. hybridan might have some clients in ready to buy but IMO, they will go on the open market. And as I said 24 million share will take a few days or weeks to clear.
I don't know what you are asking, SOG. I have broken one of the all time golden rules. Never add to a losing position. I been adding since last Aug too. I sometimes think people here just want to argue. The fact is the new 24 million shares have diluted the whole pot by more than 30%. It doesn't matter that you bought more, it doesn't matter that the RF facility drove the price down or Peel Hunt or MHRA or Mm's, shorters and womble. What matters is the board are in control of this company, they make the decisions and the buck stops with them. Take the emotional connection out of the equation and you will see things differently. It is the last chance for the board to make good or the next placing will be 2p and we'll have 200 million shares in issue. Just look at VAL for an example of how this can play out.
Hybridan placed 9,550,000 shares via a placing. Can anyone explain who is likely to have been offered these shares and the difference between them and HNWI/retail punters via WRAP?
Who are these people likely to be?
Up the creek without a paddle sad
Yep heavy dilution created by the RF finance effectively reducing market cap by 90%
Tell me Potnak, where would this company be if there had not been support on the way down?
The board are probably laughing this board as they didn't start the rumour. If it isn't true, they don't have to clarify anything. If there is a change if broker then we'll get an RNS.
A £1 billion TO offer on todays shares in issue would be £14 per share, tomorrow it would in theory, be £10. I've averaged down to cover the dillution but for those that haven't and I bet there are quite a few, the overall higher number of shares means less return in the long run. IMO, a 30% dillution is taking the pizz and this should never happen happen again. Last chance for the board, no coming back for more.
Will the bod clarify that they have dropped PH?
Questions need to be answered, as the response to the ones put to the BoD at the past AGMs re PH seems to contradict today’s feelings. I wonder will we get honesty 🤔
I bought 90 k shares from Wrap at 10p each.
Now that is on tip of a further 100k bought since last Sept
How is my shareholder value deceased by 30% should the SP reach a modest 100p?
You can dit here and buy shares all day long from the markets and it will.not put a penny in the coffers of Sareum to enable continuation of development.
The over drop in SP l have taken as an opportunity to add considerably.
Not finished adding yet.
No more drawdowns from Riverfort.
PH and RF neither have Sareums interests or ever have done.
Regards
Todays RNS contains the text ... "Hybridan LLP (Joint Corporate Broker and Sole Broker to the Placing)" ... NOTE Joint Corporate Broker so not sure they have terminated PH's contract
I've got a feeling they will mostly go to traders looking for a quick buck and once the dust settles I think they will double their money or more in a short period.
I think it's the biggest dillution sar ever did? Good that it allows us all to move forward but any deals from tomorrow, in terms of returns to the shareholders are essentially 30% less than they would be today.
