Fanti - dont thin you need to worry - several sets of news due over coming months - this was the bottom IMO ;
When RF agreed the deal we were sat at 103.5p .... Their sale of possibly
I have added 3k shares @ 0,14 few minutes ago. Either way, I can afford the loss but am speculating to cover my loss a bit, of course.
Agreed Aber definitely need a standalone MAD Preliminary results RNS with all the bells & whistles it’s taken enough years to get here, a general trading update needs to be a separate RNS with any mention of RF etc /MAD Pre Results due any day now let’s see how high we can set the bar…
Did you buy at the low sp Alan? Big opportunity missed if you haven't.
Isn't it about time for one. Why don't they let it follow its natural course?
I think we will be pleasantly surprised. Taking on the WRAP offer for retail holders as well as stating that they wouldn't be using anymore of the RF facility after the equity raise shows an increasing awareness that the poor comes and lack of engagement with investor's needs has at-least contributed to the SP decline..
I have 5% left of my original investment in this company. It is going to have to go some to get back to them levels. Which i seriously doubt.
And hopefully that will then serve as the first catalyst for moving the SP back whence it came (WOW that sounded posh ... maybe I write the RNS)
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can be get a positive statement from the BOD rather than the normal monotone run of the mill 'put me to sleep' paragraph with the normally associated negative snippet to detract from the positivity !!!!
Lets see if our PR and Marketing arm can do a bit better than previously and more so, better than most on here .. otherwise might as well pay us to write the RNS statements
Ie 13m sells in total
So in the last 6 days (since placing RNS) we have had post 1630 large trades of over 3m shares sold, along with a total of around 23m more traded in the same time period,
Likely to be around 10m sells, with probably the majority being RF and placees selling. So we're well on our way to clearing both.
Wow… that was a large sell from last night….
Here’s hoping
Large = Huge !
Could that be RF out with Warrants and remaining shares ? ... If so SAR need to RNS to state that they received payment for Warrants from RF
Lets hope that is the case and we can all move on now ...
…
Good morning, Preyno
I sent you a message earlier this morning. Please check your inbox.
Bill
Thanks HBD - yes I am mindful of that and the RF warrants yet to be converted. I would not predict sp as it has a habit of biting back. All good here now particularly as "The Ar5e Formerly Known As Puma" (TAFKAP) has disappeared. Presumably shorts have closed and Sareum no longer in "distress sale" mode. Barring bad news I am expecting a smoother passage to higher levels
Research shows that the gut and the brain work together in more ways than previously thought. Hence the "gut" feeling about something. I've always taken notice of the The Bristol Stool Chart" when reviewing my investments. Three is good and seven is bad. Sareum and Valirx have given me plenty of sevens in the past. Val still does.
"If you’ve ever “gone with your gut” to make a decision or felt “butterflies in your stomach” when nervous, you’re likely getting signals from an unexpected source: your second brain. Hidden in the walls of the digestive system, this “brain in your gut” is revolutionizing medicine’s understanding of the links between digestion, mood, health and even the way you think."
Morning Laz, you also need to take into consideration the 9.5m placing shares from the raise. Presumably Hybridan feed them into the market as required so if RF are out of the picture then almost all of yesterday's buys were met from those 9.5m. Not sure where that leaves us re supply and demand.
As for predicting the sp, I attempted a spot of divination last night and tried reading the entrails of a spag bol from M&S. All that I could interpret was that it would most likely be followed by coffee and biscuits. Upon reflection I've decided that means £4 a share by Christmas.
Regards.
GGP should come good, it’s just a waiting game. I think it’s at the bottom now but needs some news to get it moving.
Good luck with your investments
Thankfully Krustysmegma I only invested a total of £50k (from an inheritance I received from my late Grandfather as a total novice back in 2014 - hence the many other total investment disasters in my Portfolio!!) so still in profit!
The majority of my losses (and profits) are from GGP (I have just over 1.7m at an average of 1.1p) and so the losses overall are only 'paper profits' thankfully.
I tend to try not to think of it as money (and especially what I could buy with it!) but just numbers on a score board (which is probably why I failed to sell my GGP at the ATH of 37p like many others!).
I did sell some GGP at 18p to invest here initially though and have recently managed to average down form £2.58 to 96p thanks to the Share Issue so 'only' down 86% (c.£70k) now.
Originally looking to sell up at 'break even' as with the sp at GGP currently being so artificially low I could pick up another 1.2m odd shares over there, however I will monitor SAR carefully as I may decide to stay in the hopes of the 'big payday' (if the BOD can finally get their sh8t together!!??)
Good luck!
SP is ridiculously low with a Mk Cap of £10m with 2 TYK2’s one nearly P2 ready plus a P2/3 CHK1 on licensed. A preclinical TYK2 should command a higher upfront payment than the current Mk Cap…. DYOR
Morning Aber - not necessarily disagreeing with you but any short positions will be closing out before news which will further support any buying. Not many sells at this level and mms will need to take it up in order to attract meaningful sellers.
As mentioned last night, mms showing sp as down due to last nights u/t. They love obfuscation and manipulation
Yes
Agreed on the LTH Aber but these constant buys and driving share price are not mostly coming from PIs that participated in the wrap offer. IF they continue as they have there’s no reason for this not to continue to rise. Most likely an institution or HNW building or adding to a position IMO
