maestro1,I don’t know how many are in the same boat as me,but after being in AMC for what will be my twelfth year when the market reopens will not be taking on a fight.
More a case of accepting what ever comes down the pike. Many will have written this money off and if we get the 1.8 p divi will just wait until next December to go vote the lot of them off.Robin Young and his shower of Gob#@tes will know every fullstop and comma and regulation and will have an answer for any complaint. They are very good at what the do.Unfortunately for us they have been very good at making money for themselves in preference to making money for AMC

Mkt clearly think RY has screwed this up.
Is it time to push this guy out, wheres the fight im investors, you rejected the first offer.. We have an right to know whats going on?
Has amc board been in contact with new bank? Silence is unbelievable...
0.89-1.05 close.. -9.09% drop market not happy with delay
Have we ever had a 32% spread before? If so i cannot remember it being so in last few years?
Happy New Year to all and fingers crossed this gets over the line.
Good morning I was in AMC years ago, I must be mad but just bought £2k's worth. High risk, but thought you never know .. HNY all and good luck
No way of instigating a pay cut regrettably. My guess is he’ll try and get another six months from now in monthly pay cheques before even updating on the banking problem.
Sad to say but the guy is not in any way aligned with ordinary share holders so doesn’t give a flying f..k what happens to any one other than himself. When this gets down to .5p I might take another small punt. HNY everyone but it won’t come from anything RY and Amur do.
Roger, i think hes on close to $300k per annum.
Clearly hes doing nothing maybe a paycut until deal completed would be fair, 66% paycut?
It shouldnt be taking this much time to find a bank. Almost 2 months since last update..
The banking issue is not with Russian banks but finding one in the West that will accept the $35m. It’s not down to Russian or Xmas holidays this isn’t being dealt with.
Imho RY knows it’s curtains for Amur and is happy to delay the deal for as long as he can get away with. Every north that goes by he gets another £15k? Not actually sure what his monthly salary is but it will be worth his while stringing it out for as long as Sviblov is ok with.
It’ll just arrive out of the blue then the sp will shoot up to 2p+
We are blatently gonna get shafted. 1p ??? Joke. i'm kissing this deal goodbye in my mind now.
Thanks Geng.So have I.
What a storm this has been, below 1p now.
The Russian Holidays end on the 8th Jan, so it adds 4 working days to the process - after all this time so what? I see the MM's are grabbing some cheap stock this AM, may be closer than we think.
A close at 1p is still in the rising channel - good time to add for the Gamblers - I've added a few £k's worth this AM.
…followed by the Russian holidays, so nothing expected until last Jan now.
I suppose the bankers will be on their christmas holiday, so nothing happening this year..
Well the bid price is 1p now, RY clearly let shareholders down
nickle price today 13.7
They be on holiday just like the banks. Something needs to happen in jan. Shoukdnt take this long for money transfer.
*banking
I bet you’re much better at sorting baking issues out though…
Come on Robin Young, do your job and get this baking issue sorted and the deal over the line. If you can possibly come up with anything to tempt investors to remain on board for the future then all well and good but there are many I suspect, like myself, who just want out and never want to hear of you again. Get the sp up to 2p and I’ll be gone in a jiffy.
Same and amc to 2.2p Next year
To all long term sufferers.Feliz Navidad de Catalonia

So why don’t you call the nomad and ask.

Roger
Maybe shareholders should call an egm and vote this sucker out.
This is scandalous, the target date was 1st nov for deal to complete, so they must have been confident they would get the money easily, this was poor planning by RY.
Amc have agreed to dispose KM, do amc have to do minimum work commitments on the property?
If the directors are not careful the company might be taken on the free.
We were never told it would be difficult to receive money from Svidlov. Almost 4 months since shareholders agreed to sell.
When he wanted the 35m deal to go through on two occasions he did interviews with proactive, since then there has been nothing apart from saying more difficult to transfer cash to company bank.
The only way this doesnt go through is if the west start throwing more sanctions at oligarch and Svidlov is sanctioned too.
