Director/PDMR Shareholding
Vipera Plc, the specialist provider of mobile financial services, has been notified that director Martin Perrin has today purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 4.5 pence per share.
Following this purchase Mr Perrin will, personally and through his family holdings, be interested in a total of 1,000,000 ordinary shares in Vipera representing 0.39 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
