Exercise of Warrants
The Company has today issued and allotted 117,647 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") as a result of the exercise of warrants. The New Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and application has been made for 117,647 new ordinary shares to be admitted to AIM with trading expected to commence on 31 January 2011.
As a result of this new share issue, the Company's issued share capital now consists of 129,903,631 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 p each, with voting rights ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights is 129,903,631.
The above figure of 129,903,631 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
