ENERGY ASSET MANAGEMENT PLC (the "Company") DIRECTORS' INTERESTS
On 21 March 2005 the Company issued warrants to subscribe for 2,000,000 ordinary shares of which 500,000 such warrants were issued to Chatsford Corporate Finance Limited, a company of which Stephen Barclay and John Shaw are shareholders and John Shaw is a director.
Chatsford Corporate Finance Limited has today transferred 100,000 of such existing warrants for a nominal consideration to each of Stephen Barclay and John Shaw, directors of the Company.
The interests of Stephen Barclay and John Shaw in the ordinary share capital of the Company and warrants of the Company following the transfer described above are as set out below:
