Trakm8 Launches Dynamics
Enhancing fleet efficiency & customer service through intelligent real time tracking
Trakm8 (AIM: TRAK), the designer and developer of licensed GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, is pleased to announce the launch of an exciting new product called Trakm8 Dynamics. Trakm8 Dynamics monitors in real time fleet deliveries against a predefined delivery schedule to significantly enhance the efficiency of the fleet and service experienced by customers.
An easy to use web interface shows the vehicle's current location, the proposed delivery points and anticipated times against the telematics derived predictions of actual delivery times. Drops that are in jeopardy of missing deadlines can be easily identified and defused by either rapid corrective action or instant notification to customers.
An additional valuable feature is that the systems can be used to alert the customer via mobile phone by text when the delivery vehicle is a predetermined time away.
This package can be used in conjunction with Trakm8's market leading Swift and ecoN fleet management solutions or as a completely independent system.
