Trakm8 (AIM: TRAK), the designer and developer of GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Wilson to its board as Sales Director with immediate effect.

Paul Wilson (aged 50) is an experienced senior manager with a broad commercial background within the manufacturing and automotive sectors including senior appointments with Unipart Automotive and the Rawlplug Company group. Paul has been with Trakm8 as sales director of the Company's main trading subsidiary since February 2009.

Paul is interested in 320,512 ordinary shares of 1p each, representing approximately 1.71 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. In addition he has options over 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

Paul holds or has held the following directorships or been a partner in the following partnerships within five years prior to this announcement:
