Trading Update

Trakm8, the AIM-listed designer and developer of GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, is pleased to provide an update on trading for the year ended 31 March 2010.

In the Chairman's statement at the Company's AGM on 20 August 2009 and in the Company's interim results announced on 19 November 2009, the Board confirmed the Company's progress toward sustained profitability and continued positive momentum in challenging economic conditions.

The Board is therefore delighted to announce that the Company's performance for the second half of the year has continued in line with its expectations, with profit and cash both showing improvements compared to the first half of the year.

The Company expects to announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2010 in early July 2010.
