Block Listing Application

The Company announces that a block listing application has been made for 6,720,000 ordinary shares of 25p each (the "Shares") in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The Shares will be issued from time to time in satisfaction of awards granted under the Company's Deferred Bonus Share Plan, Restricted Share Plan, Sharesave scheme, the Long Term Incentive Plan (together the "Approved Employee Share Schemes").

It is expected that admission will become effective on 27 March 2024. The Shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
