TP ICAP Limited(formerly TP ICAP plc)
Re-registration as a private limited company and corresponding change of name effective
On 26 February 2021, the scheme of arrangement between TP ICAP Limited, formerly TP ICAP plc, incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with company no. 05807599 (the Company) and its shareholders, pursuant to which TP ICAP Group plc (incorporated in Jersey, with registered number 130617) was introduced as the new ultimate holding company for the group (the Scheme), became effective.
Following the Scheme becoming effective, the Company has been re-registered as a private limited company and changed its name to TP ICAP Limited with effect from 8 March 2021.
