Changes to Committee Membership and Senior Independent Director

The Company announces changes to the responsibilities of the following Non-executive Directors with effect from the conclusion of the AGM In May 2021:

· Michael Heaney will assume the role of Senior Independent Director upon relinquishing his role as interim Chair of the Risk Committee; and

· Edmund Ng will be appointed member of the Audit Committee and will step down as a member of the Risk Committee.

There are no other details that are required to be disclosed under Paragraph 9.6.11R(3) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
