St James's Place Regulatory News (STJ)

Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange for block listings totalling 5,829,714 ordinary shares of 15 pence each, to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

This block listing is in respect of shares to be issued under the following schemes:

4,100,000 shares under The St. James's Place plc Partner Share Option Scheme

185,000 shares under The St. James's Place plc Executive Share Option Scheme and

1,544,714 shares under The St. James's Place plc Executive Performance Share Plan.
