This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
On 9 June 2020, Sage was notified that Aaron Harris, who is a member of the Executive Committee of Sage, sold 40,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage at a price of 683.327 pence per share. Following this sale, the resultant total shareholding of Aaron Harris is 220,816 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage.
