Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
On the vesting of The Sage 2016 Deferred Share Bonus Plan awards on 7 December 2019, the following persons named below, who are Directors and/or Members of the Executive Committee of the Company (PDMRs), became beneficially entitled to the number of Ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company set out below, all of which have been transferred from shares held in trust by Intertrust Employee Benefit Trustee Limited as trustee of The Sage Group plc. Employee Benefit Trust. On 9 December 2019 the Company was notified that they each disposed of the number of Ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each set out below in respect of which they had become beneficially entitled, at the price per ordinary share set out below, to cover tax obligations arising from the vesting.
