Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
This announcement is made pursuant to Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation.
The Company announces that Robert Reid, who is a member of the Executive Committee of the Company, has exercised options over 120,000 Ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company at an exercise price of 22 pence per share under the terms of The Sage Group plc 2017 Share Option Plan on 6 September 2019. The options were originally granted on 12 October 2011 subject to roll over as part of the Intacct Corporation acquisition on 3 August 2017 and matured on 3 August 2018. The resultant total shareholding of Robert Reid is 236,267 Ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company.
