("Seeing Machines" or the "Company")
DIRECTORĀ & SIGNIFICANTĀ SHAREHOLDERĀ NOTIFICATION
The Company received advice onĀ 20Ā May 2009,Ā thatĀ onĀ 6Ā May 2009,Ā theĀ fourĀ shareholders of JATS Technology Pty LtdĀ ("JATS") reorganisedĀ JATS'sĀ holdingĀ in SeeingĀ MachinesĀ and that,Ā as a result of that reorganisation,Ā JATS no longer holds any shares in Seeing Machines. TheĀ shares in Seeing Machines originally held by JATSĀ are now held directly byĀ the founders ofĀ Seeing MachinesĀ (also the founders of JATS)Ā including Dr Alexander Zelinsky a director of Seeing Machines.
Dr Zelinsky now holds a total ofĀ 21,448,632 Seeing MachinesĀ ordinaryĀ shares,Ā representing 6.87% of the issued share capital.
The otherĀ threeĀ JATSĀ shareholders now directlyĀ hold the followingĀ ordinaryĀ shares in Seeing Machines.
