AGM Statement

Seeing Machines, the AIM-listed technology company with a focus on vision based human machine interfaces, will tomorrow hold its Annual General Meeting in Canberra, Australia at the Clifton Suites on Northbourne, 100 Northbourne Ave, Canberra ACT 2601, at 5.00pm AEDT.

The Chairman, Terry Winters, will provide the following statement at the meeting:

"The Directors believe that the combination of eye and gaze tracking with facial interpretation will be at the core of future waves of technology and applications in computing and entertainment. We believe this will provide significant opportunities, as well as challenges, for Seeing Machines in the future as we increase our R&D effort to achieve a market leading capability.

"Seeing Machines also continues to win new business, most significantly within the Driver Safety Solution (DSS) business. This represents a significant vote of confidence in the capabilities of our revamped sales force and refocused products."

Commenting on these latest developments, Chief Executive Officer, Ken Kroeger, will make the following remarks:

"DSS has been specifically designed for deployment into fleets and environments where fatigue and operator distraction pose substantial risk to personnel and equipment. We anticipate sales of DSS will grow over the next 18 months as pressure on companies to monitor and manage these risks intensifies.

"As well as selling the DSS units, we derive revenue from recurring maintenance, support services and specialist fatigue management consulting, data management, analysis and reporting services. A particular focus for us going forward will be on growing our services income through the DSSi management reporting suite. We see this as a way to enhance our client relationships and improve the quality of earnings, revenue visibility and gross margins."

Closing the meeting, Terry Winters will conclude:

"I am pleased to report that in line with the statement made with the preliminary results in September, the first few months of the current financial year commencing 1 July 2012 have shown further strengthening of the Company's sales pipeline. I am therefore very pleased to report the Board is confident in the outlook for the current financial year and beyond."

About Seeing Machines' Truefield® Analyzer (TFA)

Currently going through its final clinical trials, the TFA will make objective visual field testing a clinical reality.
