("Seeing Machines" or the "Company")
DIRECTOR & SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDER NOTIFICATION
The Company received advice on 20 May 2009, that on 6 May 2009, the four shareholders of JATS Technology Pty Ltd ("JATS") reorganised JATS's holding in Seeing Machines and that, as a result of that reorganisation, JATS no longer holds any shares in Seeing Machines. The shares in Seeing Machines originally held by JATS are now held directly by the founders of Seeing Machines (also the founders of JATS) including Dr Alexander Zelinsky a director of Seeing Machines.
Dr Zelinsky now holds a total of 21,448,632 Seeing Machines ordinary shares, representing 6.87% of the issued share capital.
The other three JATS shareholders now directly hold the following ordinary shares in Seeing Machines.
