Director Resignation
Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE, "Seeing Machines" or the "Group"), the advanced computer vision technology company that designs AI-powered operator monitoring systems to improve transport safety, advises the resignation of Non-Executive Director and member of the People, Culture and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Tim Crane, pursuant to the agreed term of appointment between Seeing Machines Limited and Caterpillar Inc., effective from the 30th April 2019.
Mr. Crane will continue his relationship with Seeing Machines, becoming a member of the Group's newly established Technical Advisory Council. Part of the remit of this group is to further strengthen the relationship between Seeing Machines and key customers such as Caterpillar Inc.
Seeing Machines Chairman Jack Boyer OBE commented: "On behalf of the board we look forward to Tim's ongoing involvement in steering the company's future safety systems direction as part of our new Technical Advisory Council. We thank him for his contributions to the Group as a director, and wish him all the best in his other future endeavours".
