In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Speedy Hire notes the announcement made by the London Stock Exchange on 22 March 2012 in relation to Energy Assets Group plc, of its admission to the Official List and commencement of unconditional dealings in its shares on the London Stock Exchange. Chris Masters, a non-executive director of Speedy, has been appointed as the non-executive chairman of Energy Assets Group plc.
