Appointment of Director General at PJSC IDGC of Siberia
29 March 2019. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces that Pavel Akilin has been elected Director General of Public Joint Stock Company "Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Siberia" (the "Subsidiary") effective on 29 March 2019. The appointment was approved by the Subsidiary's Board of Directors at the meeting held on 28 March 2019.
Mr. Akilin has considerable experience in the industry since 1996, including service at the Subsidiary as the First Deputy Director General since 2017.
