Appointments at JSC IDGC of Urals
30 April 2014. Moscow, Russia - JSC Russian Grids (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, announces that Yury Lebedev has been appointed Acting Director General of JSC IDGC of Urals, a subsidiary of the Company, following a meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC IDGC of Urals held earlier today. The appointment becomes effective on 1 May 2014.
The Board of Directors has also appointed Valery Rodin, who was previously Director General of JSC IDGC of Urals, as Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC IDGC of Urals, effective 1 May 2014.
Yury Lebedev has extensive experience in the power sector. Since 2008, he has been Deputy Director General for Technology - Chief Engineer of JSC IDGC of Urals. Prior to this he was Deputy Chief Engineer for Operations at JSC IDGC of Urals. Yuri Lebedev graduated from Ivanovo Power Engineering Institute majoring in Engineering for Electrical Power Grid Automation.
