New Acting Director General of
Public Joint Stock Company «ROSSETI Northern Caucasus»
April 6, 2021. Moscow, Russia - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE:RSTI), Russia's largest electricity transmission and distribution company, announces that the Board of Directors of ROSSETI Northern Caucasus resolved to terminate the powers of Vitaly Ivanov as the Director General of ROSSETI Northern Caucasus, effective from April 5, 2021.
Roman Levchenko was appointed as the Acting Director General of ROSSETI Northern Caucasus, effective from April 6, 2021, until the Board of Directors of ROSSETI Northern Caucasus elects the sole executive body.
Roman Levchenko graduated from the North-Caucasus State Technical University in 2000, majoring in Law. After service in law enforcement agencies, he held managerial positions at STS Corporation. On March 15, 2021, he was appointed as the Deputy Director General for Relations with Electricity Market Entities, ROSSETI Northern Caucasus.
