Notice of Full Year 2013 Financial Results
17 April 2014. Moscow, Russia. - JSC Russian Grids (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, will announce its IFRS financial results for the year ended 31 December 2013 on 24 April 2014.
The Company will hold a conference call for investors and analysts, hosted by Oksana Shatokhina, Deputy Director General for Economic Affairs of the Company, at 5:00pm Moscow time /2:00pm UK time / 9:00am EDT on 24 April 2014.
The conference call will be held in Russian, with simultaneous translation into English on a separate line.
