JSC Russian Grids Board of Directors Elects Sergey Shmatko as Chairman
23 July 2014. Moscow, Russia.- JSC Russian Grids (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces that the Board of Directors elected Sergey Shmatko as its Chairman at a meeting held earlier today.
Sergey Shmatko also served as Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors between 28 June 2013 and 30 June 2014.
