Appointment of Director General at PJSC IDGC of Siberia
17 May 2017. Moscow, Russia. - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces that Vitaly Ivanov has been elected Director General of Public Joint Stock Company "Interregional Distribution Grid Company of Siberia" (the "Subsidiary") effective on 17 May 2017. The appointment was approved by the Subsidiary's Board of Directors at the meeting held on 16 May 2017.
Mr. Ivanov has outstanding experience in the industry since 1993, including service at the Subsidiary as the Deputy Director General in 2006-2010, and as the Deputy Director General at the Company from 2013 through present, and was appointed as Acting Director General from 16 November 2016.
Mr. Ivanov will continue to serve as the Deputy Director General of the Company.
