Pavel Livinsky elected Director General of ROSSETI
September 11, 2017, Moscow, Russia - PJSC ROSSETI (LSE:RSTI) (the "Company"), Russian largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company, today announces that the Company's meeting of the Board of Directors has appointed Pavel Livinsky as the Company's Director General.
Pavel Livinsky was born on February 19, 1980 in Chelyabinsk. In 2001, he graduated with honours from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Economics. In 2003, he received a master's degree in Management (Summa Cum Laude).
Pavel Livinsky has spent his entire career in the power sector. After graduation, he held management positions in major power sector companies based in different Russian regions. Since 2006, he worked at companies comprising the Moscow power grid.
In 2006, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Service Sales and Development at JSC Moscow City Power Grid Company, and later was appointed Deputy General Director for Customer Relations and Technological Connection at Public Joint-Stock Company "Moscow United Electric Grid Company".
In 2011, he became CEO at Joint-Stock Company "United Energy Company". In 2013, he was appointed Head of the Department of Fuel and Energy Sector of Moscow.
In 2017, he became Head of the Moscow Department of Housing, Utilities and Amenities.
On 11 September 2017, he was appointed Director General of ROSSETI.
