Appointment of General Directors at Subsidiary companies
19 September 2018. Moscow, Russia. PJSC ROSSETI (LSE: RSTI) (the "Company"), the largest electricity transmission and distribution grid company in Russia, today announces that Igor Makovsky has been appointed General Director of PJSC IDGC of Centre beginning 19 September 2018.
Nikolay Zuev has been appointed General Director of JSC Yantarenergo beginning 24 September 2018, with Irina Redko appointed as Acting General Director of JSC Yantarenergo for the period from 19 to 23 September.
The appointments were decided by simultaneous meetings of the Boards of Directors of the Subsidiaries on 18 September 2018.
Igor Makovsky has had extensive experience in management since 1999, particularly as the General Director of JSC Yantarenergo since October 2012.
Nikolay Zuev's vast management experience in the industry began in 2000, most notably as the General Director of JSC KRASECO since December 2014 and as the General Director of OJSC e2 from 2011 to 2013.
Irina Redko also has extensive management experience in the industry, in particular as the Acting Deputy General Director of JSC Yantarenergo since 2013. She was appointed Deputy General Director of JSC Yantarenergo, beginning January 2017.
