Suspension of Trading in Pan Andean Shares
On 22 March 2010 Pan Andean Resources plc ('the Company') announced that its shareholders had approved the proposals relating to the acquisition of Pan Andean by Petrominerales Ltd. (including the demerger of the North American and Bolivian interests of the Company).
The Pan Andean Shares have been suspended from trading on AIM today pending the Court hearing being held today to sanction the Scheme.
