Transaction in own shares
PIP announces that on 4 August 2022, it bought back 358,837 Ordinary Shares of 6.7p (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of £2.71164 per Ordinary share. The Ordinary shares bought back will be cancelled.
As a result of the above transaction there are 537,134,803 Ordinary shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are 537,134,803. A buyback of Ordinary Shares by the Company on any trading day may represent a significant proportion of the daily trading volume in the Ordinary Shares on the Exchange
