On 19 May 2016, Paul Coby, independent Non-Executive Director of Pets at Home Group Plc was appointed to the Boards of CYB Investments Limited and Clydesdale Bank PLC as independent Non-Executive Director. The appointment will take effect from 1 June 2016.
