DECLARATION OF FINAL DIVIDEND
At the Company's Thirty Second Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 22nd June, 2016, the following resolution was adopted:
"THAT upon the recommendation of the Directors, a final dividend of MK1,021.7 million representing MK8.50 per share in respect of the year ended 31st December 2015 be and is hereby declared payable on Friday 26th August 2016 to those Shareholders registered in the books of the Company as at the close of business on Friday 29th July 2016."
An interim dividend of MK480.8 million representing MK4.00 per share was paid on 30th October, 2015. This, plus the final dividend of MK1,021.7 million representing MK8.50 per share, makes a total dividend of MK1,502.5 million representing MK12.50 per share to be paid to Shareholders for the year ended 31st December 2015.
