To receive and consider the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31st December 2006 together with the reports of the directors and auditors thereon. 2. A member entitled to attend and vote at a meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy (or proxies) to vote on its/his/her behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the company. 2. An interim dividend of MK55.1 million representing MK0.50 per share was paid on 18th October 2006. At the above meeting it will be proposed that a final dividend of MK352.80 million representing MK3.20 per share be declared payable on Friday 03rd August 2007 to those shareholders registered in the books of the Company as at the close of business on Friday 13th July 2007.
