Press Corporation29 June 2006 PRESS CORPORATION LIMITED DECLARATION OF FINAL DIVIDEND At the Company's Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 28thJune 2006, the following resolution was adopted: "THAT upon the recommendation of the Directors a final dividend of MK3.13 pershare in respect of the year ended 31st December 2005 be and is hereby declaredpayable on Friday 04th August 2006 to those shareholders registered in the booksof the Company as at the close of business on Friday 14th July 2006." An interim dividend of K55.1 million representing MK0.50 per share was paidduring the period. This, together with the final dividend of MK345.0 millionrepresenting MK3.13 per share, bring the total dividend paid in respect of 2005profits to MK400.1million or MK3.63 per share.
