Northern Bear was today informed by Mr Jon Pither that he sold 75,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 50 pence per Ordinary Share on 9 January 2017 ("the Disposal"). Following the Disposal Mr Pither is now interested in 2,209,478 Ordinary Shares representing 12.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
